Packing has commenced in earnest and I have obtained everything I can think of.  It's surprising how I started with only three changes of quick dry clothing, and am now closing in on 20 pounds of stuff.  One of the last decisions I need to make is whether I take my DSLR camera.  I love the photo quality and RAW file format, but it is heavy and bulky, even if I take only one lens. 


My departure is Friday September 30, 2011 in the early evening, from Pearson Airport in Toronto.
